He retired from Saco Lowell Corporation with over 30 years of service, and he was a member of Pendleton Street Baptist Church.
Survived by two sons and three daughters and their spouses; 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren; and one brother.
In addition to his wife and his parents, Mr. Spearman was predeceased by four brothers, Furman Spearman, Doyle Spearman, Foyle Spearman and David Spearman; and two sisters, Alice Jones and Ada Hunter.
Funeral services: Tuesday, February 19, 2002, chapel of Robinson Funeral Home.
Burial: Greenlawn Memorial Park
