Rosel Zena Hyde, 92, of Lake San Marcos, CA, died March 12, 2000 of cancer.
Zena was born in Kaysville, Utah, a son of Rosel and Leila Fern Wray Hyde. He married Bertha Linford of Kaysville, Utah, in 1939. She passed away in 1992. He then married Enid Hyde in the San Diego Temple. Zena a was known as a gentle man and a GENTLEMAN!!!
Zena enjoyed a very successful career with The Equitable Life Assurance Society of the United States.
Zena is survived by his loving wife, Enid of California; his sister, Elaine Cuthbert of Midvale, Utah; nephews and nieces residing in Layton, Kaysville, Morgan, West Jordan, and Bountiful, Utah.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on March 20, 2000 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints at 1050 Borden Road, San Marcos, California. Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, March 21, 2000 at Centerville City Cemetery in Centerville, Utah. Friends and family may call on Tuesday from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Lindquist's Layton Mortuary, 1867 North Fairfield Road prior to the services.
