Visitation is 7 to 8:30 tonight at the funeral home.
Mrs. Stowe, a homemaker, was a native of Gaston County, daughter of the
late Thomas and Jane Grice Roberts. She was the widow of Vance Stowe. She was a member of Berea Baptist Church in Gastonia.
Survivors are her sons, Bill Curtis of Damascus, Md., Burmah Curtis and
Bobby Curtis, both of Charlotte; brothers, Oren Roberts of Charlotte, Tommy
Roberts of Mount Holly; sisters, Mrs. Faye Thomas of Matthews, Mrs. Margaret
Riley of Mount Holly, Mrs. Marie Childers of Gastonia; six grandchildren;
seven great-grandchildren; four stepdaughters; several step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Berea Baptist Church, 2526 Hickory Grove Rd.,
Gastonia, N.C. 28056.
