Margaret F. Trippensee 96 of Jefferson City, passed away Thursday July 18, 2013 at St Mary's Health Center. She was born September 7, 1916 in Jefferson, City the daughter of Jacob W. and Eunice O. (Kauffman) Meller. She was a 1935 graduate of St Peter's High School in Jefferson City.

On June 15, 1937 Margaret was united in marriage in Jefferson City to Carl T. Trippensee who preceded her in death on October 24, 1963.

She worked as a secretary for the Missouri Legislature from 1961-1979 and was a Real Estate associate. from 1966 until her retirement in 1980.

She was a member of Cathedral St. Joseph Church and the Church's Auxiliary and St Mary's Health Center Auxiliary.

Survivors include 2 children, Mark M. Trippensee and wife Margie, Joyce A. Murphy and husband Lee all of Jefferson City, daughter in law, Betty Trippensee of Taos, nine grandchildren, Cala Doty, Curt Tippensee, Chris Tippensee, Connie Tippensee, Jill Serrano Bridgett Beck Kevin Murphy, Kelli Murphy-Small, Kristie Gleem. fifteen great grandchildren and one great great granddaughter. one son Ronald V. Tippensee/

Friends will be received from 10-11a.m. Saturday July 20, 2013 at St Peter's Catholic Church where Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11a.m. with FR. Alex Gabriel officiating
Interment will follow in Resurrection Cemetery.

Expression of sympathy may be made to the Polycystic Kidney Foundation of the donor's choice.
