James Reagan, 69, died on Tuesday (1/20/1931) while shoveling snow at his home in Massena.

He was born on March 20, 1861 in the town of Norfolk, a son of Mr. and, Mrs. Jeremiah Reagan.
He married Miss Elizabeth Tiernan on June 23, 1897. He was a retired farmer.

Surviving was his wife; three sons, Jerry, of Massena, Frank, of Brushton, and Mark, then attending school in Boston; three daughters, Mrs. M. J . Regan, Potsdam; Mrs. R. H. Russell, Cushing, Oklahoma and Miss Nora Regan, a teacher in Pine Grove school; three sisters, Miss J. N. Reagan, of Fort Worth, Texas, Mrs. W. A. Lewis, Orange, California, and Mrs. Ellen Connelly, Mt. Vernon, NY.
