Mrs. Abderhalden Dec. 15, 1873 – July 31, 1955

Funeral services for Mrs. Julia Abderhalden, 81 years of age, who passed away at 2:20 p. m.
Sunday after a short illness at the Green county hospital, near Monroe, where she had resided since Dec. 30, 1952, were held at 2 Tuesday afternoon in the Voegeli funeral home here.
The Rev. A. R. Achtemeier, pastor of the Zwingli Evangelical and Reformed church, officiated, and burial was in Highland cemetery.
Julia Keller was born in Switzerland Dec. 15, 1873, the daughter of Friederich and Marie
Hamerler Keller. She was united in marriage to John Abderhalden, the ceremony taking place in Switzerland. After coming to America they always lived in Green county. At the time of her husband's death on Nov. 10, 1935, they resided about a mile northeast of Monticello. Mrs. Abderhalden had made her home in Monticello for a number of years before going to Monroe. Surviving are one nephew, Ernest Keller, New Glarus, and one niece, Mrs. Ralph Schultz, Racine.
