Sterling Price Stephenson (son of Reuben W. Stephenson and Elizabeth Givens Bowen) married Sarah Ann Weidner on December 20, 1899. They farmed near Ten Mile, Lewis County, Missouri and later operated a country store at Ten Mile. He was a faithful member of the Ten Mile Baptist Church and served as a deacon and Sunday School teacher there. He was also active in the Garnett Grange and was presented with a Golden Sheaf Certificate in July of 1935 for fifty years of membership. She died November 10, 1935.
