He married Sarah Penniman on Feb 19,1663/4 at Dorchester,MA. She was born May 6,1641 at Braintree, the daughter of James Penniman Jr and Lydia Eliot Penniman.

Children: Increase Robinson Jr, Ebenezer Robinson, Josiah Robinson, Sarah Robinson Dean, Bethia Robinson Pitts, Hannah Robinson Williams, and Abigail Robinson Forbes.

There was no will found for Increase Robinson Sr. however a deed dated 21 Dec 1698 states, in part, " To all People to whom these presents shall come,Greeting. Know ye that I, Increase Robinson sen'r of Taunton in the County of Bristol in the Province of Massachusetts Bay in New England,-out of fatherly affection and good will that I bear unto my eldest son Increase Robinson, jun'r of Taunton aforsaid, have given granted aliened enfeoffed & confirmed. and by these presents do give.&c. to him said Increase Robinson jun'r..."Memorandum- what I have given here to my said son Increase Robinson Jun'r is to be all his portion from me his father unless I shall hereafter see cause to give him more by will or deed."
Dated Dec. 21,1698. Recorded Nov. 10, 1707.
