ROACH, CHARLES HUBERT, JR. (Hugh)
age 81 of Tucson, AZ, died August 23, 2005. He was an attorney with the State of Michigan Public Service Commission before retiring.

Mr. Roach is survived by his wife of 57 years, Mary Denise Schopps Roach; his sister, Virginia Sims of Greenville, IL; four children Rebecca Oshoway of Silver Spring, MD, Sarah Roach of Lansing, MI, Martha (Robert) Braunstein of Westland, MI, and Daniel S. Roach of Tucson, AZ. Five grandchildren also survive. He was preceded in death by two sons Samuel H. Roach, and Peter S. Roach; and grandson Eric Braunstein.

Mr. Roach served in the U.S. Air Force during the Second World War and was a graduate of Notre Dame Law School and Western Michigan University. In later years, he served as president of La Cholla Hills Estates Retirement Community, and as a member and president-elect of Kiwanis Club of Lansing, Michigan.
