SUE TERRY

NORTH AUGUSTA – Sue Grigsby Terry, of 1110 West Ave., wife of Martin Terry, died Dec. 29, 1992.

Born in Saluda, she was a daughter of the late Jacob and Ada Lester Grigsby. She was a member of Grace United Methodist Church, the Matthews Bible Class, the Jessamine Garden Club, American Legion Auxiliary of Jesse C. Lynch Memorial Post 71, was past president of Altrusa, and was an officer of the Breakfast Club. She was a former teacher in Saluda and Brunson, and was retired secretary/treasurer of the Augusta Roofing and Metal Works after 28 years.

Surviving, in addition to her husband of the home, are two brothers, the Rev. James 'Grigsby and J.L. Grigsby, both of Saluda; and two sisters, Elmer Miley of Brunson, and Joye Johnson of Saluda.

Services will be Thursday at 11 a.m. at Grace United Methodist Church. Burial will be in Sunset
Hill Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 tonight 'at Stephen D. Posey Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the church.
