Frances married 1st 1809-1810 probably at Owens Station near St. Louis, Jonas Quick, who died in 1812. Their daughter, Lydia L. Quick was born 17 Nov 1810. Lydia married 3 Apr 1836 Pike Co., MO Stephen B. Gordon.

Fannie married between Apr and May 1815 in St. Louis Co., MO Larkin Womack, Sr.

In the Jul 1818 term of the St. Louis County Circuit Count, Larkin Womack sued John Comack for a debt.

This is to certify that I FRANCES WOYMICK have lately removed out of the county of St. Louis and it not being convenient for me to be guardian for my child LYDIA QUICK which I had by my late husband JONAS QUICK, I do therefore relinquish all right or wish to be guardian to my said child LYDIA QUICK and do earnestly desire the honourable judges of the circuit court holden at St. Louis for the county of St. Louis to appoint my father JOHN BASYE of the Twp. of St. Ferdinand Co., of St. Louis to be guardian for my said child LYDIA QUICK and that he when appointed take charge of my said child LYDIA QUICK together with the money and personal and real estate that may belong to my said child LYDIA QUICK together as heiress of her father JONAS QUICK estate in testimony where of I have hereunto set my hand this 8th day of April, 1817.

Be it remembered that on this 8th day of April in the year of our Lord 1817 before me the undersigned one of the justices within and for the Twp. of St. Ferdinand county, aforesaid personally came and appeared Frances Woymick, late Frances Quick, and certified before me that she had removed out of the county of St. Louis and that she did relinquish all right, pretensions or wish to be guardian for her child Lydia Quick which she had by her late husband Jonas Quick and that it is her wish and earnest desire that the honourable Judges of the circuit court at St. Louis would appoint her father John Basye of the Twp. of St. Ferdinand, county aforesaid, guardian for her said child Lydia Quick and that he take charge of her said child Lydia Quick together with the money and property that belong to it as heriss of her father Jonas Quicks estate wit my hand date above. When John Walter Basye filed a law suit in St. Louis County Circuit Court in Jun 1818 to partition the land of Jonas Quick to give Frances (nee Basye) Quick Womack's daughter, Lydia Quick her portion of her father's land, Larkin and Frances were living in Howard Co., MO
