Esta Mae Cashmer, 98, was born near Dana a daughter of Theodore and Anna Hackett Paris. She married Donald Everett Cashmer on June 29, 1935 in Plymouth, Indiana. He preceded her in death Aug. 29, 1988.
She was also preceded in death by one son, Donald Dean on June 10, 1956; brothers, Raymon, Elbert and Floyd Paris; sisters, Avy Fulkerson, Lorene Lange and Marjorie Smithers; one son-in-law, Clyde Phelps and two stepgrandchildren.
Surviving are six daughters, Donna (David) Hughes, Delores (Paul) Noe, Darlene (Timothy) Riddle, Dorothy (Douglas) Ahlenius, Denece (Gary) Bressner and Dee Esta Winterrowd; one sister, Thelma Humston; 11 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; 12 stepgrandchildren; 14 stepgreat-grandchildren and eight stepgreat-great-grandchildren.
