Lillie Frances "Fannie" Barclay was the daughter of George Franklin and Johney (née Harper) Barclay. She was the sister of Sarah Sofronia, Oma May and William Jasper.

Fannie married Charles Edward Weddell about 1897. They were the parents of sons
Sherman Willie, Carry, Charles Luther, Jack and Orville; and of daughters Goldie Fronie, Lillian, Violet and Ruby.

Her California death certificate records that she passed away on August 5, 1938.
