She was the widow of John H. Jones. Born in Tilghmanton, she was the daughter of Jeremiah and Anna Moats Mongan.
She was a member of the Manor Church of the Brethren, the Auxiliary of District 12 Fire Company, and the Auxiliary of the Fahrney-Keedy Home.
She is survived by four daughters, Mrs. Evelyn Bowers and Mrs. Jane Garrish, both of Williamsport; Mrs. Mildred Easterday, Boonsboro; and Mrs. Freda Dayton, Fairplay; five sons, Edgar G. Jones, Sharpsburg; John E. Jones, Boonsboro; Richard L. Jones, at home; Maynard L. Jones, Williamsport; and William J. Jones, Fairplay; 24 grandchildren, 43 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
Services Monday at 2 pm at Manor Church of the Brethren, the Rev. Daniel Webster officiating; Burial will be in Manor Cemetery. Funeral arrangements made by Bast Funeral Home, Boonsboro.
