༻✿ Jemima Christina Heare Wright was the daughter of Jonathan Washington and Mary Catherine Poling Heare, born July 12, 1856, Romney, Hampshire County, West Virginia. Jemima moved to Springfield, Clark County, Ohio at the end of the Civil War with her parents. It was there Jemima met and married John Albert Wright. They made their life together in Springfield. Jemima also was known to go by the nickname of Jamina though her given name at birth was Jemima. Her most used nickname was Minnie, because Jemima was so tiny. Whenever they would visit with family in the colder months when they arrived John always would lovingly carry Jemima into the home where she would sit in a chair snuggled in close behind the wood stove to get warm. Jemima was a very sweet woman who everyone loved dearly.

4) JONATHAN MOSES WRIGHT b. October 15, 1885, Springfield, Clark County, Ohio, USA; d. Unknown at this time. Very little information on this child.
5) SHERMAN WRIGHT, b. November 07, 1886; d. October 29, 1906. Sherman married Catherine Clevelle on July 5, 1906.
6) CORA MABEL WRIGHT DOWNER, b. May 25, 1888; d. July 3, 1970; m. FRANK E. DOWNER.
7) GERALD F. WRIGHTb. August 10, 1890; m. EDNA A. WRIGHT. Known Child: EDNA LOUISE WRIGHT. Note: Gerald's wife is also known as Ethel May Robbins in records, but went by Edna, and this may have been part of her name or a nickname. Her headstone says Edna A. Wright. Gerald worked as a solder for the Robbins and Meyers Co.
8) CARL THOMAS WRIGHT, b. May 10, 1892; d. 1972. Carl married CHESTA BURDEN WRIGHT July 29, 1913 in Clark County, Ohio, USA. They had a son CARL DEWEY WRIGHT who married the love of his life, his soulmate, LUELLA MAE WINTERS WRIGHT. Sometimes life does have a silver lining which leads to happiness.
9) EDITH HAZEL WRIGHT, b. December 09, 1895; d. March 13, 1896.
10) EARL DEWEY WRIGHT, b. May 04, 1896. Earl married KATHRYN WRIGHT.
