Elizabeth Seeley was born about 1630 in Norwalk, Fairfield Co, Connecticut. Perhaps the only Daughter of Captain Robert Seeley and his wife Mary Heath Mason. She is known to have a brother- Capt Nathaniel Seeley b1627. She married Mathias Saint John in Sep 1655 in her hometown. They had nine known children in the 20 years between 1656 and 1675- five of which are listed below. She passed away on May 17, 1728 in her hometown of Norwalk at the impressive age of 98. She was laid to rest in this cemetery beside her Husband who ultimately passed away in Dec 1728 and her Son Ebenezer and Dau-in-law Elizabeth who preceded her in death five years earlier. Though she died in Norwalk, she was laid to rest in New Canaan near her family, both in Fairfield Co.
