She was married in this city to Andrew Olson January 3, 1898, and to this union were born ten children: Alfred, Norman, Anna, Harry, Louise, (?), Josephine, Rudolph, William, and Nina, all of whom are living but Josephine, whose death occurred here two days previous to that of her mother.

Funeral services were held from the home on January 6, Rev. Nord of Rice Lake officiating.

She leaves to mourn her loss besides her husband and children, father, Gabriel Nelson, one brother, F.O. Nelson of Spooner, MN, and three sisters, Mrs. Anna Haugseth, Mrs. Henry Ramsted, and Mrs. Chas Gordon, all of this city.

Mrs. Olson was Librarian of the Public Library of this city for seven years, was a member of the Norwegian Lutheran Church and their organist for over 20 years. Was also an active member of the WCTU.

All that medical skill and loving hands could do to prolong the life of mother and daughter proved to no avail and surrounded by loved ones, they peacefully entered the final sleep.

Mrs. Olson was loved by everyone who knew her. Her pleasant genial manner and her motherly devotion to her family was traits of ther character that were admired by her many friends.

To the bereaved husband, children, and relatives, the Record joins in extending condolences.
