MRS. MARY J.S. WRIGHT
Mrs. Mary Jane Spendlove Wright died in Provo last week at the age of sixty one. She was the wife of John E. Wright and had recently been operated on. She was born in Virgin City, Oct. 1, 1876, the daughter of John and Mary Davis Spendlove and was married at the Temple in St. George in 1895. She had been a resident of Hinckley for thirty nine years, active in church work, the Relief Society and pioneer life. She is survived by three sons, Walter, J. Evan and J. Leslie Wright, daughters, Mrs. Lamera Moody, Mrs. Estelle Theobald, both of Hinckley, Mrs. Leatha Bennett, Huntington, Mrs. Lavall Smith, Delta, 21 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held in Hinckley Sunday.
