The body of Private Edmund Brinkrolf arrived from overseas Friday and was escorted to the court house by members of the Louis Jordan Post American Legion. Later it was taken to Harper for burial with military honors; Major A. C. Kennedy and Chaplain F. G. Stehling officiating.
Pvt. Brinkrolf, a son of Mrs. Anton Brinkrolf of Harper, was killed in action on October 8, 1918, at Eterne, France.
