Mrs. Mary Edna Hash, Star Route, Campbellsville, died Monday, May 8, at 7 a.m., at her home in the New Mac Community. She was 62 and had been in ill health for some time. Born April 4, 1910, in the Social Band Community, she was the daughter of Rosa Ella Shofner, who died in 1967, and Wilson Underwood, who died in 1942. She was a member of the Mt. Carmel Baptist Church. Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Garnett Davis, Rt. 5, and Mrs. Myrtle Cecil, Louisville, and one grandson, Garnett Davis, Route 5, City. Funeral services were conducted at the Lyon Funeral Home Chapel Tuesday, May 9, by Rev. Walter Lay and Rev. Garland Skaggs with burial in the Underwood Cemetery. Pallbearers: W. L.
