Charles William "Chuck" Lemasters, 49, of Cassville, died Thursday, July 13, 1989, at Pittsburgh Presbyterian University Hospital.
He was born January 30, 1940, a son of the late Charles Washington and Edith Greathouse Lemasters.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia Mae; two daughters: Tresa Louise Miller of Morgantown and Patricia Lynn (Sissy) Lemasters of Philadelphia; one son, Charles Franklin (Butch) Lemasters of Cassville; four brothers: Raymond E. Lemasters of Granville, Russell L. Lemasters of Jere and Marion G. Lemasters and Virgil L Lemasters of Mount Morris, PA, and two sisters: Ethel L Wilt of Fairview, Illinois and Juanita Herbert of Ponta Gorda of Florida.
He was preceded in death by one sister, Mary Sargent and one brother Jasper.
A brief morning memorial service will be held Sunday at Big Bear Lake and also a service at 1 pm Sunday July 16 at Cassville Fire Department. The Rev. Stacy Grosscup will officiate both services.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to the Heart Transplant Fund, Presbyterian University Hospital, Desoto at O'Hara Streets, Pittsburgh, PA 15213.
