Otis Dale "Goat" Clark, age 57 of Sulphur, passed away on Thursday, April 11, 2013 at the Norton Hospice Pavilion. Son of the late Otis and Ruby (Tanner) Clark, he was a member of New Castle Christian Church. He was preceded in death by four brothers: Bobby Joe and Edward Payton & Donald and Dennis Clark.
Mr Clark is survived by daughters: Jenny Clark of Chicago, IL, and Tammy Clark of Shelbyville; sisters: Betty Eadens of Cincinnati, OH, and Geraldine Talbert of New Castle; a brother: Chester Payton of Pleasureville; and 5 grandchildren.
Visitationwill be from 4-8 PM on Sunday, April 14, 2013 at Prewitt New Castle Funeral Home.The funeral service will be at 1 PM on Monday, April 15, 2013 at Prewitt New Castle Funeral Home, officiated by Rev. Tommy Lanham, pastor of New Castle Christian Church. Interment: will be at New Castle Cemetery. Memorial Contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
