Lenora is only listed in the 1860 Federal Census at 8 years of age (the year of birth came from this census). It is assumed she is buried in the family cemetery. My grandmother Sallie Lewing Lewis told my mother one of the girls was swinging on the large fireplace mantel and lost her grip, falling into the fireplace. She died from the burns. Since this is the young girl listed only in the 1860 census it may have been Lenora.
