Mrs. Edith Lyons, wife of Robert Lyons, passed away Saturday evening, July 24th at Passavant hospital in Jacksonville, after a single day of hospitalization.
Mrs. Lyons was born at Palmyra August 2, 1898, the daughter of James and Emma Draper Crawford. She is survived by her husband and the following children, Mrs. Merle Campbell of Modesto; Mrs. George _____ of Waverly; Mrs. Bula _____ of Phoenix, Ariz.; Merle of Waverly; Robert Jr. of Wisconsin and Joy of Joliet. There are 13 grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at the Neece Funeral Home with Rev. Eugene Owsley officiating.
