Joseph (Joe) was born 1891 at Drummully in County Monaghan. He married Rachel Scarlett (1885-1964) of Drummully in 1918, and they moved to Clogher in County Tyrone circa 1960. Widower Joe passed in 1969 and is buried in the graveyard of St Macartan's Cathedral in Clogher, County Tyrone.
