Father of City Woman, Dies in Eleva
Eleva-- (Special) Gustav Skogstad, 75, died at his farm home east of here Tuesday. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 1:30 from the Kjentved Funeral home and at 2 p.m. from the Eleva Lutheran church with the Rev. Sven Thompson officiating. Interment will be in the Eleva cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home Wednesday afternoon and evening and Thursday morning.
Surviving are his wife, Minnie; four sons, John, Melvin, and Spencer, Eleva, and Gerome, Spokane, Wash.; a daughter, Irene, Eau Claire; seven grandchildren; and a sister, Mrs. Bertha Welson, Beverly Hills, Los Angeles.
