Bertha may be a daughter of James and Martha (Hogbin) Reel, who I believe are buried at Knob Cemetery (FKA: Swick), not Town Hill Cemetery.

Bertha married Wm. B. Heatherly, 11 Dec 1907 by S.R. Ludwig, Minister of the Bretheran Church at Keyser, Mineral County, West Virginia.

According to her obituary and death certificate (based on her age of 77 yrs. at time of death), she was born: in 1879, Petersberg, Grant Co., WV. Here is what in the past I was using as being her birth: West Virginia, Births Index, 1804-1938 VIEW RECORD Name Bertie L Reel Gender Female Race White Birth Date 4 Sep 1880 Birth Place Milroy District, Grant, West Virginia Father James Reel Mother Marthia Reel FHL Film Number 809858 Household Members Name Age Marthia Reel James Reel Bertie L Reel ..... The discrepancy lies within 1879 vs 1880-1883. If Madison Co., IN would confirm the month and day of her birth, that would conclude it as being the correct birth record for this Bertha but why didn't she appear on the 1880 census if in fact she was born in 1879? .
2nd Husband: Wilbur J.(also once listed on a source as Clinton Reed). "Md. in Clinton Co., Iowa abt. when "Bud" was 1 yr. old", according to Aunt Ruth, this would be 1920 if her comment is correct.

See: Lewis W. Reed's FAG #92502854, as some (via Ancestry) believe this was who Bertha was married to after Wm. Boyd's death on June 15, 1920.
* According to her son-in-law's 1981 obituary (Melvin Kallenberger), who was born in Iowa, had lived at Clinton, IA, before moving to Lafayette in 1927. In 1925, Melvin was married at Clinton, IA, to Edna B. Heatherly.
