Olen Bridges, 56, died suddenly at 10 p.m. Wednesday, at the Red Bay Hospital.

Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jack Trammell officiating. Burial will be in the Hillcrest Memorial Gardens in
Red Bay, AL.

He was married to the late Mrs. Reda Lou Bridges.
He leaves two sons, Larry Bridges of Tupelo, and Jerry Bridges of Muscle Shoals, AL, his mother, Mrs. Rena Bridges of Golden; two sisters, Mrs. Aubin Skelton, Mrs. Opal Strickland, both of Golden; five brothers, Lee Bridges of Wayne, MI, Dee Bridges of Zion, IL, Bilbo Bridges of Wilson, AK, Ruble Bridges of Waukegan, IL, and Erastus Bridges; five grandchildren.

He was a member of the Red Bay First Baptist Church and was a veteran of WWII.
