Burial was in Duchesne Cemetery under the direction of Riser and Son Funeral Home of Columbia.
He died Monday at St. Francis Medical Center in Monroe after a lengthy illness.
Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Idell Kelly of Hebert, five sons, Paul Kelly of Fort Pierce, Fla., W. C. Kelly, Wiley Kelly and D. H. Kelly, all of Hebert, and John R. Kelly of Winnsboro; three daughters, Mrs. T. A. Duffey and Mrs. Shirley Sellers, both of Monroe, and Mrs. Paul Peters of San Antonio, Tex.; one sister, Mrs. Bonnie Tullos of Hebert; 19 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
