Daughter of Jan Hulleman (John Huldmann in American records) and Egberdina Lubberding. Second wife of Herm "Hiram" Hassink (who first married her older sister Janna, then married Johanna after Janna's death Dec 1880). Johanna and Herm married in Almelo in 1881 and then emigrated from the Netherlands to the USA, arriving late Sep 1881 and settling in Cleveland, OH. American records have Herm going by the name Herman or (more usually) Hiram once he arrived in the USA. They raised 13 children on Raymond St, one of whom was my grandfather, Daniel J Hassink.
