Born in Franklin,N.H.,Nov.29,1916,he was the son of Frank and Leotide Pinard Picard. He has lived in this community , for 56 years, and for many years was a foreman for the Lewiston Water District.
He was a member of St. Joseph's Church and American Legion Post 22.
He is survived by his widow the former Irene Aube, of Lewiston: one daughter Mrs Thomas (Doris) Lahey of Auburn: three sons , Raymond and John of Lewiston, and Donald of Chicago: one sister Mrs Ives (Babe) Lucia Nadeau of Lewiston ; five brothers,Lucien,Albert,Marcel,Roger,all of Lewiston, and Emile of auburn:and six grand children.
