Herman F. Fehlman, 95, of Jamesville died Friday at home.
Born in DeWitt, he was a life resident of the Syracuse area and lived in Jamesville since 1955. He retired in 1968 after 40 years as owner and operator of Fehlman's Auto Electric in Eastwood. He was a member of the Mad River Club in Lacona, the Tamarack Club in Lorraine, the DeWitt Fish & Game Club and St. Stephen Lutheran Church of Syracuse.
His son, Frederick H., died in 1972.
Survivors: His wife, the former, Julia Hersca; a daughter, Barbara Haines of Leesburg, Fla.; a brother, William G. of Auburn; six grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren.
Services: 11 a.m. Wednesday at Fairchild & Meech DeWitt Chapel. Burial, Woodlawn Cemetery. Calling hours, 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral chapel, 3690 Erie Blvd. E., DeWitt.
