Ridgway, all of Portland; and a sister, Mildred Ludy of Portland. Services at 11 a.m. Thursday in the Portland Chapel of the Williamson & Spencer Funeral Home, with calling from 3 to 8 p.m. today. Burial in IOOF (Twin Hills) Cemetery, Pennville. Memorials to donor's choice
