Died aged 93 years, so born about 1829. Daughter of Benjamin & Nancy (HAYS) PATE. Married 23 NOV 1856 in Chattahoochee County, Georgia, to Burrell LEE (his second wife - he had previously married, prob. ca. 1836 in GA or AL, to Mahala "Mahalie" UNKNOWN). Mother of at least eight children.

According to the "Historical Atlas of Alabama, Volume 2: Cemetery Locations by County," edited by W. Craig Remington (1999), p. 487, Lee Cemetery is located southwest of Prescott, AL, in Township 17 South, Range 2 East, Section 8.
