Wadley - Marie Rewis Sikes, 84, died June 13. The Tattnall County native was a homemaker and lived in Bulloch County for a number of years before moving to Wadley. She was a former member of Pine Grove Baptist Church in Collins and an active member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Augusta.

Survivors: three daughters, Lois Sikes Winter of Augusta, Peggy Sikes Moxley of Wadley and Thelma Campbell of Brooklet; a brother, J. B. Rewis of Vacaville, Calif.; a sister, Gladys Rewis Wheeler of Mims, Fla.; nine grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral: 2 p.m. Saturday at Hodges-Turner-Anderson Funeral Home, burial in Bulloch Memorial Gardens.
