The fiftieth anniversary of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. M. Curry of Lamont, was celebrated by their children and grandchildren on May 28th. This pleasant occasion will be one long to be remembered by those present: while gathered together in their parents beautiful home surrounded by every comfort of life they could not help but thank the Great Giver of all good had dealt kindly with them. The children were all present except Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Armstrong of Primghar, Iowa. Their absence was very much regretted.
After a sumptuous repast parents and children down to the third generation and Rev. Stamp and wife retired to the sitting room, where Rev. Stamp in behalf of their children presented them with some beautiful gold presents. May they long live to enjoy them.
