Mrs. Inez Poole Smith, age 86, a resident of 1742 Tabernacle Church Rd., passed away Thursday, Jan. 5, 2012 in Universal Health Care Center. She was born Feb. 3, 1925, in Montgomery Co., NC, daughter of the late, Octavious Poole and Tinnie Saunders Poole. She was retired as the church secretary of Reavis Baptist Church and was a member of Mt. Zion United Methodist Church. She was married to Mr. Andrew B. Smith, Sr. who preceded her in death.
Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, Jan. 8, 2012 in J. C. Green & Sons Chapel in Thomasville at 3:00 PM. The family will greet friends Sunday from 2:00 to 3:00 PM prior to the service at the funeral home. The interment will be in Mt.
