"Mrs. Mary Anna Codire, 90, of 84 Fairview Street died Monday in Potomac Valley Hospital, Keyser, W.Va. Born in Elk Garden she was a daughter of the late Richard Keller and Rebecca Stemple.
She was a former owner of the Fairview Restaurant here, along with her husband Robert L. Codire, who preceded her in death. She was a member of Kelly-Mansfield Post 52, American Legion Auxiliary and Calanthe Temple, Pythian Sisters, where she was a past chief. She is survived by one son, William J. Codire of Piedmont.
Friends will be received at Boal Funeral Home Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Services will be conducted Wednesday at 3:30 p.m. in the funeral home by Rev. Paul A. Byrnes. Interment will be in St. Peter's Cemetery."
