Funeral services for Aaron Sedore, 78, of the Good Samaritan home at the airport, who died at 4 a.m. Friday at University hospitals in Iowa City, will be at 1 p.m. Monday at the Johnson funeral chapel. The Rev. La Verne Morris, pastor of Davis Street Christian church, will be in charge and burial will be in the Fiedler cemetery south of Ottumwa.

Aaron Sedore, 78, of the Good Samaritan home at the air base, died at University hospital at Iowa City at 4 a.m. today.
He was born in Wapello county October 31, 1878, the son of Jacob and Rachel Bailey Sedore. He had farmed in Wapello county and moved to Ottumwa about 15 years ago. He attended the Davis Street Christian church.
Surviving are a son Marvin of Eureka, Calif., and a daughter, Edith, also of California. He also leaves a brother Harve of Keosauqua and two sisters, Mrs. Lulu Johns of Des Moines and Mrs. Lora Dunn of Keokuk. His wife Stella, five sisters, two brothers, three half sisters and a half brother preceded him in death.
The body is at the Johnson funeral home
