Monroe- Edward Flannery, 73, retired Monroe farmer, died here Tuesday. He was born in Adams township, Green county, March 25, 1868. He was never married. Before moving here in 1936, he farmed in Green and Lafayette counties.
Surviving are two brothers, James, Monroe and Martin, Argyle.
Funeral services will be at 9 am Thursday at the Knight funeral home here, and at 9:30 am at St. Victors church with the Rev. E.C. McCollow officiating and burial in Calvary cemetery at Argyle.
