Seth David Albrecht
1992 - 2013

Seth was born December 8, 1992, in Provo, Utah, to Vincent Virgil Albrecht and Angela Dawn Judd Leyva. Seth lived to make people laugh; he was the life of the party, lighting up every room he walked into. He never met a stranger and always had a listening ear for anyone who needed it. Angela is grateful to have had the opportunity to be Seth's mother and feels he taught her more about love, life, and relationships than she was ever able to teach him. His older brother, Colten Albrecht, was his wrestling buddy, his best friend, and his hero. His younger brothers, Michael and Joseph Leyva, idolized him as their friend, mentor, and role model. After his father passed away in 2005, Seth's grandma, Karen, stepped in to fill that role as much as possible. His uncles on both sides loved to take him shooting and hunting. Seth was an avid Denver Broncos fan, loved chocolate, lasagna, mandarin oranges (he'd eat them right out of the can), and couldn't live without his music. He lived in the moment and would do anything for someone in need. Seth was always active, running track, playing football and in wrestling he took 6th in region, 2nd in divisionals, and 1st in Roy Duals in 2010 with Tooele High. He received his Eagle Scout Award in 2010 and graduated from Tooele High School in 2011. Seth was getting ready to start his first semester of college classes. Seth David Albrecht, of Pleasant Grove and Tooele, Utah, passed away Sunday, January 6, 2013, in a car accident. He was 20 years old.
Survived By: His mother, Angela Judd Leyva; his brothers: Colten (Samantha) Albrecht, Michael and Joseph Leyva; his grandparents Newell and Karen (Albrecht) Larsen, Ron and Mary (Judd) Harris; and many, many uncles, aunts, and cousins who all adored him.
