She married Allen Charles Humes October 30, 1947 in Duchesne, Utah and they were later sealed in the Manti LDS Temple September 25, 1993. LaDenna was a faithful member of the LDS Church serving in many callings. She most enjoyed the calling as a Stake Missionary with her husband. She loved to crochet and was famous for her doilies and blessing outfits. She loved the outdoors and the family activities spent at the ranch.
She is survived by her husband, Allen; children, Allen J. (Melinda) Humes, Jeanette (Thomas) Kummer, Jay (Cindy) Humes, Chris (Joy) Molina; 21 grandchildren, 38 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren; brothers, Tom, Mark, Rex, Brent and Bruce Walters. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Linda W. Lima.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, Feb. 27th at 11:00 a.m. in the American Fork 6th ward, 300 North 100 East. Friends may call at the Anderson & Sons Mortuary, 49 East 100 North, American Fork on Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Tuesday at the church from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. prior to services. Burial in the American Fork Cemetery.
