Thomas was the son of John Clough Sr. and Jane (_________) Clough.
Thomas was married to Hannah Gile on March 10, 1680 and then later to Ruth Connor sometime after 1684, after Hannah's death.
Thomas' grave was not found to be marked in the 1940's and 1950's, but he most likely buried near his brother, John Clough, whose grave is still marked as of 2009.

In August of 2013, I received the following note from a Find A Grave Contributor; "I searched the stated plot or section and could not find the grave. They also reported, specifically: I scoured all around the cemetery, but could not find him. I did find the plaque which is already connected on the cemetery website to John Clough, Sr (1613-1699), but no stone for Thomas. There are some very old stones in that immediate area, but some are illegible."

So, this grave is almost certainly unmarked as of 2013.

In January of 2015, I received the following message from Find A Grave Contribitor, The Tides of Time (#48071395).
"According to Salisbury Vital Records, his wife Mary survived him (Clough, Mary, wid. Lt. Thomas, Sept. 1, 1759) -- perhaps the Thomas Clough who married a different woman was his son, or another relative."
