GASTONIA ~ Anna Wood Worley, 87, passed away Aug. 26, 2011, at Courtland Terrace in Gastonia.
She was a native of Alto, Ga., the daughter of the late Hubbard and Bertha Kinsey Wood. She was a housewife.
She was preceded in death by three sisters.
A service to celebrate her life will be held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday in the Chapel of Ward Funeral Service, 220 South Broad St., conducted by the Revs. Elton Wilborne and Mabel Manning.
Burial will follow in Gaston Memorial Park Cemetery.
