Ralph was born in Aug 1916, the son of Claude Spencer and Florence May [Stiles] Boggess. He had a congenital heart defect that could not be corrected at that time, and was sent home to be loved as long as he lived. He died on March 12 1918, in the company of his parents. He was originally buried in a relative's WV family cemetery plot, but was reinterred beside his father. His mother was later laid to rest beside them. Ralph has no headstone, or any other marker, but burial records confirm his burial here.
