Lillian Matheson
CLIFTON -- Lillian Matheson, 88, died Monday, Oct. 27, 2008. She was born June 12, 1920, in Lawrence, MA, to Joseph Favreau and Mary Louisa Gosselin Favreau.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Art; a son; 5 brothers; 2 sisters; a granddaughter; and a daughter-in-law.
Survivors include sons, Tommy Joe and wife Ruth, of Olathe, and Bill, of Garden City; sister, JoAnn (Junior) Adams, of Emporia; sister-in-law, Alma Favreau, of Dodge City; three grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 30, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Clyde. Burial at St. Peter's Catholic Cemetery, Aurora. Visitation from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Chaput Mortuary, Clyde, with parish rosary at 7 p.m.
