Those left to honor Adah's memory are her three children: Nancy (Jerry) Slegh of Prairie City, Bonnie (Stan) Vander Weerdt of Searsboro, and Mark (Nancy) Hunziker of Cresco; 12 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and her sister, Donna Holland of Newton.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Ernie in 2008; son, Charles Louis Hunziker; brothers, Keith, Curtis, and Robert Worthy; sisters, Arlene Worthy, Darlene Worthy, Marjorie Cloyd, Vivian Foster, Francene Sears, and Charlotte Rudkin.

Adah was a member of the Killduff United Methodist Church.

Adah took great pride and joy in her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was a warm, good-hearted person who enjoyed talking with and listening to others. She was very practical and carried a wonderful sense of humor. She enjoyed doing jigsaw puzzles and playing solitaire.
