This cemetery was known as German Lutheran Church Cemetery in 1889. I am following the Messenger Family from Conn. to Ohio. I know they came with many families to settle Ohio. Some families even went farther west and some settled in Penn. Marriage within these families was very common and I know for a fact the Swinehart Family is part of my mother's side. Unsure at this time but I remember this name in family stories. Gabriel Swinehart is buried beside James and Elizabeth Messenger... Looking for more
