Garold M. Stephen was a member of C Company, 192nd Tank Battalion. He fought in the Philippine Islands from December 1941 until April 9, 1942, when he became a Prisoner of War. He took part in the Bataan Death March and was held as a POW at Camp O'Donnell where he died.
