Mrs. Joseph N. Juckem, 73, R. 1, Chilton, died Tuesday afternoon at Calumet Memorial Hospital, Chilton, where she had been a patient since Nov. 25, 1969.

Born in Hilbert on April 3, 1887, daughter of the late George and Magdalen Diedrich, she married Joseph N. Juckem Feb. 21, 1922 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Hilbert.
Mrs. Juckem passed away May 21, 1964. She was a member of the Christian Mothers and Mission Society of St. Mary’s Church of Chilton.

Survivors include six sons, George, Leonard, Herman and Anthony of Chilton, John of Milwaukee, and Rev. Charles Juckem SDS of St. Nazianz; six daughters, Mrs. Arthur (Othilia) Kozminski of Milwaukee, Sr. Mary Carol SDS of Milwaukee, Mrs. Stanley (Rita) Timmer of Milwaukee, Mrs. Anthony (Mary Emily) Leonhard of Chilton, Mrs. Ray (Virginia) Ries of Fond du Lac and Mrs. George (Elizabeth) Jost of Hilbert.

She is also survived by four sisters, Miss Helen Diedrich of Oshkosh, Mrs. Frank Popp, Chicago, Mrs. Joseph Marx of Hilbert and Sr. M. Odila SDS of Milwaukee; and 38 grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Chilton, with the Rev. Charles Juckem, a son, celebrant of the Concelebrated Mass. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
